Could any Indian who moved back to India after a MS or PhD in USA and serenely remained there share their story? I see more open doors for development and commitment in India, yet I'm making some hard memories moving back.

A little background: I did my PhD in CS from the Ohio State University while completed BE in BITS, Pilani. I worked in a startup (Greenplum) in the narrows zone for 4 yrs after I graduated, at that point moved to India. I'd remained in the US for ~10 years before I moved back. A great deal has been already said on general subject of moving to India, so I'll stay with my own story. I don't have anything significant to state.
My fundamental inspiration to move back to India was to be near maturing guardians. I realized this is something I'd need to do sooner or later. I'd continued delaying the choice - till my father had a little wellbeing alarm and I needed to travel to India medium-term. That occasion caused me to understand that I expected to accept a call soon. I worked things out with my organization to have the option to work remotely. Drawback was that I needed to surrender certain professional success openings - however I approved of that. My better half is additionally a Software Engineer who found a job in her organization's India office. The two of us concluded that we'd let our supervisors know early (> a half year) before the arranged move so they weren't astonished. Around 8 months after I moved back, a fabulous open door with a startup (Qubole) came around and I exchanged. Transforming each factor in turn worked very well for me. I didn't switch nations and the work all the while. The modifications I needed to make at first were non business related. I likewise felt that having a smidgen of work involvement with the US helped a ton.

Alright, perhaps I'll take a stab at significance:
I think in the event that you dismember your announcement: "I see more chances of development and commitment in India than in USA" and make sense of what words like chances, development and commitment intend to you, you may draw nearer to settling on a choice.
