Most of the rubber-lined pumps are matched with internal combustion engines and are mounted on mobile trolleys. They are suitable for field operation.
What is the working principle of the lining pump? Ordinary centrifugal pumps, if the suction level is under the impeller, should be pre-watered when starting, which is very inconvenient. In order to store water in the pump, the inlet of the suction pipe needs a bottom valve. When the pump works, the bottom valve causes great hydraulic losses. The so-called self-priming pump is that it does not need irrigation before starting (the first start after installation still needs irrigation), after a short period of operation, depending on the role of the pump itself, it can suck up water and put it into normal work. Self-priming pumps can be divided into the following categories according to their working principles: 1. Gas-liquid mixing (including internal mixing and external mixing); 2. Water ring wheel type; 3. Jet type (including liquid jet and gas jet). The working process of the gas-liquid mixed self-priming pump: due to the special structure of the pump body, there is a certain amount of water in the pump body when the pump stops running. After the pump starts again, due to the impeller rotation, the air and water in the suction pipeline are fully mixed and discharged into the gas-water separation chamber, the gas in the upper part of the gas-water separation chamber overflows, the water in the lower part returns to the impeller and the residual air in the suction pipeline. Gas mixing, until the pump and inhalation tube of all the gas discharged, complete self-suction, and normal pumping. Water ring wheel self-priming pump is a combination of water ring wheel and pump impeller in a shell. With the help of water ring wheel, gas is discharged to realize self-priming. When the pump works normally, the passage of the water ring wheel and the impeller of the pump can be cut off by a valve, and the liquid in the water ring wheel can be discharged. Jet self-priming pump, composed of centrifugal pump and jet pump (or ejector), relies on jet device to create vacuum at the nozzle to achieve suction.
